Cleaving Accessories

CleanBreak™ Pliers are lightweight yet rugged pliers that enable the accurate hand cleaving of a whole wafer, post scribe, for clean and safe breaks of a variety of materials. For samples down to 20 mm in size. 

Using simple mechanics, the small sample cleaver (SSC) uses a novel sample holder and a cleaving platform to safely cleave samples into chips as small as 2x2 mm.
